Privacy Notice

DocPacket is operated by Avoyelles Phone Shop. We process account identity, workspace membership, forms, submissions, uploaded files, signatures, workflow activity, billing entitlement references, device metadata, and security logs to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Workspace owners control the content their organizations collect. Authorized workspace members and contracted infrastructure, email, payment, security, and hosting providers may process information only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.

Records are retained according to workspace settings, legal holds, contractual requirements, and backup cycles. Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@avoyellesphoneshop.com. Some records may be preserved for security, legal, or compliance obligations.

DocPacket uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected storage, audit records, malware scanning, and operational backups. No system can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported promptly to the address above.

Terms of Service

DocPacket provides hosted form, workflow, document-generation, and records-management tools. You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Workspace owners are responsible for their forms, notices, permissions, collected content, retention choices, users, and compliance obligations. Do not use DocPacket to collect credentials, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to process.

Paid access is governed by the selected Avoyelles Phone Shop subscription or written agreement. Failed, cancelled, or expired billing may restrict paid features. You retain ownership of customer content and grant us the limited rights required to host, process, back up, and deliver it.

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance, security controls, and availability limitations. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Contact support@avoyellesphoneshop.com with legal or service questions.
